That is to the Conscious Home Podcast. I couldn&#8217;t be more thrilled about this episode because I had the incredible opportunity to sit down with none other than Dr. Malasa Jois Kahn. Dr. Malasa, an innovative family medicine physician and co-founder of Kahn Health, a direct care practice in Montclair, NJ, brings a holistic approach that combines integrative and evidence-based practices while centering connection and empathy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">This conversation holds a special place in my heart because it touches on the transformative journey I embarked on during my own daughter&#8217;s birth amidst the challenging 2020 pandemic.
